Job Description

The HR Generalist Coordinator II provides support to Human Resources and operational managers to complete day-to-day field HR activities and ensure the successful rollout of HR initiatives to the business. Supports Human Resources management in daily reporting, administration, and other HR functions.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Use HR systems to produce reports
  2. Assist with tracking and administering recognition programs
  3. Provide data and information as needed for investigations in partnership with HR Managers
  4. Coordinate the benefits program
  5. Lead and coordinate the Annual Performance Review process for front-line associates in partnership with management
  6. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new associates
  7. Coordinate with third-party administrators for worker’s compensation, FMLA, Short-Term Disability, and leave

Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and planning skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of guest service and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience managing a large employee population preferred
