Qualifications

• Three years of administrative office experience (preferred with DC practices).
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and Internet.
• Strong verbal and written communication, grammar, and composition.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions and DC leadership with administrative tasks.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
• Enter HR data and assist Kronos timekeeping/payroll processes.
• Maintain personnel folders, onboarding, and training records.
• Provide HR support to managers and associates across all shifts.
