  • Provide general administrative support for HR projects and recurring department activities.

Onboarding and Offboarding Logistics

  • Prepare standard onboarding packets and track receipt of required documents for HR review.

  • Send approved welcome messages, orientation details, reminders, and follow-up communications.

  • Coordinate with designated partners regarding workspace, badge, equipment, and system-access logistics.

  • Enter approved temporary employee and new hire information into designated systems using established instructions.

  • Coordinate routine offboarding logistics, including checklists, meeting invitations, equipment-return reminders, and file organization.

  • Escalate missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information to the appropriate HR team member.

Records and Data Administration

  • Scan, label, index, upload, and organize employee and HR department records in approved locations.

  • Maintain electronic and paper files using established naming, filing, access, and retention procedures.

  • Perform routine data entry and update approved fields in HR systems, spreadsheets, trackers, and templates.

  • Handle confidential records with discretion and follow established access and document-handling procedures.

Communications, Programs, and Events

  • Format and distribute approved employee communications and maintain distribution lists.

  • Update presentation slides, organizational charts, directories, and templates based on information approved by HR leadership.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including invitations, supplies, room setup, vendor communication, and attendance tracking.

  • Partner with IT, Facilities, and other support functions on routine administrative requests.
