Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor is seeking an HR Coordinator to facilitate administrative human resources processes and provide essential support to the HR function, including record-keeping, HRIS entry, and development of internal HR processes.

The role serves as the first level of employee inquiries, supports the HR leadership team, and assists with payroll, benefits, and training initiatives in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience preferred.
  • 1–2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), reporting, and HR Analytics.
  • Strong communication and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR data tooling.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with HRIS (Workday preferred), reporting, and HR Analytics.

Physical Demands

Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus. This job is performed in a temperature controlled office environment.
