Job summary

ProAmpac is seeking an HR professional to lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition, support onboarding, and help drive employee engagement. The role requires coordination of recruitment, screening, interview participation, and offer preparation within a manufacturing environment.

You will maintain HRIS records, support performance management and compensation programs, and ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in HR or Organizational Development preferred; or 2+ years related experience in a large manufacturing setting.
  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Proactive with sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support full-cycle Talent Acquisition activities including recruitment coordination, candidate screening, interview participation and offer preparation.
  • Administer onboarding and orientation processes in line with federal, local and company requirements.
  • Support employee engagement planning and initiatives including recognition programs and events.
  • Organize, maintain and update employee files and HRIS records.
  • Assist in performance management, employee relations and audit processes.
  • Support Total Rewards, compensation and benefits administration.

Essential Duties and Tasks


  • Administer policies & procedures

  • Lead and support full-cycle Talent Acquisition activities, including recruitment coordination, candidate screening support, interview participation, and offer preparation

  • Administer Onboarding and Orientation Processes following all Federal, Local and Company requirements

  • Support and participate in employee engagement planning and initiatives, including recognition programs, communication efforts, engagement events, and initiatives

  • Organize, maintain and update employee files including HRIS systems

  • Assist in the Performance Management, employee relations and audit Processes

  • Supports the administration of Total Rewards, Compensation and Benefit programs

  • Prepares reports as requested by leadership teams

  • All other duties as assigned


Qualifications, Education and Experience


  • Associate degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred; or two (2+) plus years related experience and / or training in a large manufacturing organization; or equivalent combination of the two.

  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.

  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.

  • Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.

  • Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
