This role is responsible for developing creative, strategic, and employee‑centered communications across the organization. This role shapes the employee experience through compelling storytelling, polished visuals, clear HR messaging, and well‑managed communication channels across digital and physical touchpoints. The position combines internal communications, employer brand, HR operations support, employee engagement, and executive communications to promote a cohesive, informed, and connected workforce.

This role is a key partner to HR and the CEO. In addition to supporting company‑wide communications, the position will expand support of the CEO through executive presentations, talking points, employee messages, meeting materials, and internal communication planning. The role will also coordinate HR internal meetings, agendas, follow‑up communications, employee‑facing announcements, and ongoing HR communication rhythms to ensure employees receive timely, accurate, and consistent information.

Key Responsibilities
HR Communication Planning
  • Partner with HR leaders and subject matter experts to define communication objectives, audiences, key messages, timing, channels, and desired outcomes.
  • Create communication plans for HR programs, policy updates, process changes, employee engagement efforts, and HR‑led initiatives.
  • Coordinate communication timelines, drafts, approvals, revisions, distribution support, and follow‑up actions.
  • Gather feedback and basic engagement insights to improve HR communication clarity, usefulness, and consistency.
  • Handle sensitive HR, employee, leadership, and business information with discretion while ensuring communications are accurate, appropriately approved, and aligned with company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to design, write, edit, and refine high‑impact presentations, talking points, employee messages, town hall materials, leadership updates, and other communications that convey company vision, performance, priorities, and culture.
  • Provide proactive communication and meeting‑material support for CEO‑led initiatives, including preparing draft narratives, visual decks, agendas, speaker notes, employee Q&A materials, follow‑up messages, and communications that reinforce strategic priorities.
Content Development and Messaging
  • Develop clear and engaging HR communications for employees, managers, leaders, and internal stakeholders.
  • Draft and edit announcements, employee updates, FAQs, guides, talking points, newsletters, intranet content, and manager resources.
  • Translate complex or sensitive HR information into employee‑friendly messaging that is clear, accurate, and action‑oriented.
  • Maintain consistency in HR messaging, tone, branding, formatting, and visual presentation across HR materials.
Presentation and Visual Communication
  • Develop polished PowerPoint presentations, one‑page summaries, toolkits, visual guides, and meeting materials.
  • Bring a creative and strategic lens to HR storytelling, presentation design, and employee‑facing materials.
  • Create visually clear resources that help employees and leaders understand HR programs, process changes, and key actions.
Change Communication and Leader Enablement
  • Support change communication efforts by helping employees and leaders understand what is changing, why it matters, and what actions are needed.
  • Create leader and manager materials that support consistent messaging and effective rollout of HR initiatives.
  • Develop talking points, FAQs, rollout guides, and other resources that help managers communicate confidently with their teams.
HR Content Resources and Employee Experience
  • Maintain and improve HR‑owned content areas, templates, and communication resources.
  • Support employee lifecycle communications related to onboarding, benefits, engagement, learning and development, performance, policy updates, and other HR‑led touchpoints.
  • Help ensure HR content is organized, accessible, current, and useful to employees and leaders.

Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet all listed requirements. We recognize that skills and potential can take many forms, and we value diverse experiences that may not align perfectly with traditional qualifications.
