Job summary

Springfield Clinic is seeking an HR Consultant to facilitate HR development across specified lines of business and provide analytical support. You will help design and implement HR programs to ensure an engaged workforce, reporting to the HR Manager or HR Director.

Responsibilities include analyzing HR processes, partnering with leaders on staffing, developing HR strategies, and ensuring strong communication between HR and managers, while adhering to policy and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent professional-level HR experience required.
• Previous experience in HR required.
• PHR / SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements.
• Advise and partner with SC leaders on business and staffing needs.
• Develop, recommend, and implement HR strategies.
• Ensure prompt and thorough communication is maintained between HR and managers.
• Maintain a fast and efficient pace. Comply with the Springfield Clinic incident reporting policy and procedures.
• Adhere to all OSHA and Springfield Clinic training & accomplishments as required per policy.
• Provide excellent customer service and adhere to Springfield Clinic's Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.
