FloSports is seeking an HR Communications & Engagement Intern to support internal communications and amplify our culture and brand. You will own day-to-day comms, collaborate cross-functionally, and help publish and measure work reaching the entire company.

The role involves drafting newsletters, coordinating email communications, and contributing to culture initiatives while experimenting with social content on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and prepare company-wide announcements and engagement campaigns.
• Manage day-to-day internal email communications at scale.

• Maintain internal editorial calendar aligned with priorities.
• Track engagement metrics and share insights.
• Research trends to improve employer brand and culture content.
• Create and test content for LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Suggest ideas to boost visibility and engagement across channels.
