The ideal candidate has 0-2 years in communications, exceptional writing and editing skills, and a strong eye for detail. The role emphasizes responsible AI usage, collaboration with leadership, and delivering quality internal messaging.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience in a professional communications role.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to be clear, concise and correct.
• Exceptional proofreading and copy-editing skills. Command of grammar, punctuation, usage and style, with a proven ability to catch errors others miss.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI tools applied to real communications work: drafting, editing, summarizing, research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit copy, prepare presentations and maintain a team calendar of deliverables.
• Serve as a proofreading and quality checkpoint for the team's output, including emails, intranet articles, presentations and talking points.
• Manage content scheduling and distribution to align with corporate calendars.
• Coordinate homepage calls to action on the intranet to promote HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with Benefits team and external vendors for targeted communications.
• Develop and revise visual assets for emails, digital signage and internal campaigns.
• Gather, interpret and visualize metrics to measure project impact.
• Apply AI tools across the workflow for drafting, editing and optimization.
• Assist in preparing for quarterly executive and non-executive promotions communications.
