The role oversees Oracle Cloud HCM, time/attendance, payroll interfaces, and other enterprise HR systems with a focus on security, compliance, and data-driven insights. You will guide a geographically dispersed team, manage budgets, and partner with vendors to ensure scalable, compliant solutions across HR processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 year’s project management experience.
• Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops the team supporting enterprise HR solutions including Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Provides guidance to customers to drive effectiveness and efficiency across business applications.
• Manages budgets and approves project budgets; supports RFA lifecycle as needed.
• Fosters collaboration across organizations, customers, suppliers and peers to deliver solutions.
