You will handle payroll documentation, HR reports, data entry, and interview coordination, while supporting hiring and onboarding processes. As part of a large retailer, you will interact with associates, managers, and partners to ensure efficient payroll processing and HR operations, with emphasis on compliance

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in Walmart Logistics clerical tasks or 1 year in clerical roles with computer use.
• Experience in payroll/benefits, OSHA, or HR activities preferred.
• Ability to process payroll docs and HR reports accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll documentation, time reports, and payroll edits; ensure legal compliance.
• Provide HR administrative support: filing, data entry, scheduling, reports.
• Assist with interviewing, scheduling, new hires, terminations, and transfers.
• Support hiring process with drug screens, reference checks, and orientation.
• Ensure policies and ethics compliance; collaborate with managers and partners.
