Job summary

RNR Tire Express is seeking an HR Clerk to support daily HR operations and administration. The role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring accuracy across HR databases, with a focus on confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior related office experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and new hire paperwork.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare new employee electronic files.
• Assist with onboarding including scheduling interviews, background checks, and drug screening.
• Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned.
