A leading financial services firm is seeking an HR Business Partner to drive human capital strategies within their Global Markets division. The successful candidate will engage with senior leaders, ensuring alignment of organizational strategies and HR practices to foster business growth and excellence. This role is critical for supporting talent management, recruitment, and effective employee relations, requiring a seasoned HR professional with a strong background in financial services.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $175,000 and $225,00 / year

Job Summary :
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders driving human capital strategies that enable business growth and operational excellence. This role works across the Global Markets platform to align talent and organizational strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Interacts with and coaches senior managers within the Global Markets division, providing proactive guidance and direction on people issues and efficient HR service delivery in partnership with HR Specialist teams across a comprehensive range of HR disciplines and transformational projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment - work closely with the recruiting team on managing the business hiring plan and provide guidance on contract negotiations and the closing of candidates. Facilitate internal moves with the Recruiting and Relocation teams.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required :
