A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to align talent and organizational strategies with business goals. The role focuses on advising senior leaders, managing hiring processes, and enhancing employee relations within the Global Markets division. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in HRBP roles, particularly in the Financial Services sector, and will thrive in a dynamic environment.
The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $175,000 and $225,00 / year

Job Summary :
The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior business leaders driving human capital strategies that enable business growth and operational excellence. This role works across the Global Markets platform to align talent and organizational strategies with business goals, fostering a high-performance culture. Interacts with and coaches senior managers within the Global Markets division, providing proactive guidance and direction on people issues and efficient HR service delivery in partnership with HR Specialist teams across a comprehensive range of HR disciplines and transformational projects.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment - work closely with the recruiting team on managing the business hiring plan and provide guidance on contract negotiations and the closing of candidates. Facilitate internal moves with the Recruiting and Relocation teams.
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required :
