Job summary

Lowe’s Companies, Inc. in Mooresville, NC seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead and drive people processes across client areas, partnering with the HR Director and VP team.

You’ll diagnose issues, drive engagement, and develop HR programs to deliver measurable value for the business. You will build relationships with HR COEs and business clients, guiding talent planning, leadership development, performance management, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field with 5+ years of experience or 8+ years in HR.
• 4+ years HR experience with increasing areas of responsibility.
• 4+ years of experience as a HR Generalist.
• 3+ years direct supervisory experience.
• 1+ years consulting experience, including needs/gap analysis, diagnosis, solution development, and measurement.
• 1+ years of program and project management experience with increasing areas of management responsibility.
• 3+ years of experience interpreting and applying HR policies, procedures, programs and processes, including generally compensation policies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues at individual, team, leader and organizational levels and implement solutions.
• Provide leadership development coaching for supervisors and managers.
• Consult with business leaders to collaborate on change and sustain it with processes and systems.
• Coordinate with HR COEs on Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning & Development, Compensation and Employee Relations.
• Stay current on HR trends and present informed perspectives to leadership.
• Develop engagement action plans based on Employee Opinion Survey results.
• Advise leaders on development solutions to accelerate employee growth.
