Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience supporting large, complex, or matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Experience leading organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong business acumen with experience translating workforce insights into business recommendations.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex issues, prioritize key messages, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and partnering effectively across HR Centers of Excellence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Your Impact

As the business continues to evolve, we’re looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape the people strategy that enables our organization to deliver results.

As the HR Business Partner supporting IRP, you will partner directly with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop and execute people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and business performance. This is a highly visible, corporate-fac­ing role that requires sound judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to build credibility quickly with senior leaders.

Success in this role requires someone who can simplify complex business challenges, provide thoughtful recommendations, and serve as a trusted advisor while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day business needs.
