The HRBP will partner with leaders to drive retention, accountability, and policy consistency while handling sensitive matters with discretion. The position operates onsite with hybrid work expectations (3–5 days in the office).

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a business partner/generalist/ER/site HR role.
• Strong ability to handle complex HR matters with discretion and ownership.
• Experience implementing HR strategies to support high‑volume operational teams.
• California employment law experience strongly preferred; bilingual Spanish/English is required.
