Flynn Planet Fitness is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR leadership for a multi-unit market, partnering with field leadership to align HR and Operations initiatives. You will collaborate with the Flynn Support Center as an operations liaison and drive staffing, training, and compliance across sites.

The role emphasizes employee relations, succession planning, and performance management, with a focus on building a strong, engaged workforce in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HR experience in multi-unit environments.
• Bachelor’s degree required; SHRM/HRCI certification a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Build partnerships with field employees and management to align HR and Operations initiatives.
• Lead regular manager trainings and HR-related programs for staff development.
• Oversee employee relations, staffing, succession planning, and recruitment support.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, on-boarding, and onboarding for new management.
• Manage performance review processes and disciplinary actions in collaboration with Operations leadership.
