Qualifications

• BA/BS or relevant work experience.
• 7-10 years HR experience including HR Generalist work.
• Retail or luxury goods knowledge preferred.
• Strong leadership and consulting skills.
• Proven HR service delivery experience.
• Excellent business acumen and analytical skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and HRIS.
• Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR oversight to help develop and implement HR initiatives which support business success while aligning with the Global HR mission.
• Utilize functional expertise to ensure fair resolution of complex employee relations and benefits situations.
• Manage organizational risk in application and implementation of policies and practices.
• Lead external recruitment and succession planning, onboarding, and talent diversification in the region.
• Identify strategic positions and ensure talent action plans are in place.
• Maximize internal talent with ongoing dialogue and career path planning.
• Coordinate communication between Leaders to align HR projects with business needs.
• Drive HR projects between Global and Region and ensure clear execution and communication.
