ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Business Partner, Manager plays a strategic leadership role in aligning people strategies with business objectives across assigned departments or functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to all levels of employees and provides high-level guidance on organizational design, talent management, change management, and performance optimization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Act as the primary business partner to the organization to build effective teams and achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with departmental leaders to provide strategic guidance and workforce planning support.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of Distribution Center employees.
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization.
  • Implement HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with overall business strategy.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement) to recommend data-driven solutions and improvements.
  • Manage and develop HR members for future HR leaders.
  • Administer and execute routine tasks to include reasonable accommodation, termination, disciplinary action, etc.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the HR team.
  • Support compensation reviews, job evaluations, and other initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with department needs and organizational priorities.
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Other roles and responsibilities as needed.

The pay range for this role is $100,000-$115,000/yr USD.
