The H.R. Business Partner (HRBP) will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver valued-added service to leadership and associates which reflects the organization’s business objectives. Serve as a consultant to leadership on human resource related issues and partner on enhanced people leadership practices to promote performance improvement and organizational change.
This position will be fast-paced and will require operating with a sense of urgency while maintaining a service industry type of focus. This role will require adaptability and an ability to work through ambiguity in situations where opinions and viewpoints differ.
This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Lincoln, NE) and partially from home.

The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
Pay Range $66,820.00 - $110,253.00 / year
