The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives and strategy with teammates and management in designated lines of business and to advance and support the Bank’s culture of maintaining an engaged and motivated team. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The HRBP acts as a teammate champion and cultural change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions by proactively communicating needs with our HR department and management. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and teammates that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
