The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role involves forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that support the organization’s goals. The HRBP maintains an effective understanding of the business unit’s financial position and strategic goals. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,194.30 - $97,752.59 per year, depending on experience.
