Job Description:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role involves forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that support the organization’s goals. The HRBP maintains an effective understanding of the business unit’s financial position and strategic goals. The estimated salary range for this position is $75,194.30 - $97,752.59 per year, depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HRBP or Senior Generalist role.
• Strong business acumen and working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, including leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, employee relations, labor laws, HR analytics, critical thinking, strategic influencing, and compensation practices.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.

Minimum required experience: 4 years.
