This role partners with managers in their client groups to foster a positive, high-performance, service-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-5 years of Employee Relations experience required.
• Strong coaching, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office; ability to travel a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers; provide care, guidance and coaching while mitigating business risk.
• Address and resolve complex employee relations matters with thorough investigations.
• Support performance management and a culture of high performance.
• Provide guidance on HR processes, programs, policies, and tools across client groups.
• Escalate matters to the correct partners and ensure a seamless, high-quality employee experience.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR to develop programs and policies.
