Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to the HRBP in serving assigned programs, departments, and people managers.
• Assist the HRBP with maintaining regular communication and follow-up with assigned managers and departments.
• Respond to routine HR questions from employees and managers and escalate matters to the HRBP when needed.
• Assist with gathering information and documentation related to employee relations and workplace matters.
• Maintain organized documentation related to employee relations, performance management, and other HR matters.
• Support the HRBP with employee relations follow-up, including scheduling meetings and tracking action items.
