Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the bank's business objectives
  • Partner with business leaders to identify and address HR needs and challenges Provide expert advice and support on talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational design
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with the Total Rewards team to ensure competitive and fair compensation and benefits programs
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans
  • Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance the employee experience
