If you are energized by partnering with leaders, leading organizational transformation, and shaping the future of a global workforce, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Do:

Strategic Business Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent strategies, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management.
  • Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive growth, operational excellence, innovation, and organizational performance.
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively identify talent‑related risks and opportunities.

Drive Organizational Performance Through Data & Insights

  • Utilize workforce analytics, talent data, and business metrics to identify trends, diagnose organizational challenges, and influence leadership decision‑making.
  • Develop and communicate actionable insights related to retention, engagement, productivity, succession readiness, organizational health, and workforce capability.
  • Partner with leaders to create strategic action plans that improve business outcomes and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools and advanced analytics to simplify complex data and provide meaningful recommendations for leaders.
  • Lead talent review, succession planning, and development planning processes across the organization.
  • Coach leaders at all levels to build leadership capability, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen team performance.
  • Drive initiatives that attract, develop, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Partner with leaders to identify critical capability gaps and implement development strategies aligned with future business needs.

Employee Relations & Culture Leadership

  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance management, and organizational issues.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, inclusion, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support leaders in building high‑performing teams while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and reinforce company values across geographically dispersed teams.

Global & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with HR colleagues and business leaders across multiple countries and regions to deliver consistent, scalable HR solutions.
  • Support organizational growth, restructuring, acquisitions, workforce planning, and change initiatives as needed.
  • Share HR best practices and influence the development of enterprise‑wide programs and policies.
  • Lead or participate in strategic HR projects with visibility across the broader Defense organizations.
What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive HR Business Generalist or HR Business Partner experience supporting senior business leaders.
  • Demonstrated success operating as a strategic advisor.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategies to business performance.
  • Experience using workforce analytics, business metrics, and data‑driven insights to influence decision‑making.
  • Deep knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, and change management.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, influence, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Experience working within complex, matrixed, and geographically dispersed organizations.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Able and willing to travel 25–30% domestic and occasional international travel.

Preferred Qualifications
