As the HR Business Partner II, you will be responsible for the human resource needs of supported business unit(s) and implementation of best practices to support achievement of corporate business objectives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment for exempt and non-exempt level positions, employee and labor relations, organization development, and training and development. Build and maintain trusted relationships with business unit and department leadership. Champion company programs to ensure program adoption. Additionally, ensure consistent application of all policies and procedures within the supported business unit.
