MGIC, based in Milwaukee, WI, seeks an HR Business Partner to partner with leadership to develop and execute workforce strategies that align with business priorities.

The role focuses on talent development, organization design, workforce planning, and employee engagement while coaching leaders to build critical capabilities and mitigate risk across the organization.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a human resources business partner or generalist.
• Experience creating and driving workforce and talent solutions such as organization design, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, engagement, talent development and succession planning.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate operational challenges into talent-focused initiatives that improve overall business operations.
• Understanding of workforce data to formulate people insights and recommendations.
• Ability to influence key decision makers.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Ensure corporate governance as related to MGIC policies, procedures and practices. Mitigate organizational risk and increase business and HR process compliance.
