  • Coach managers on employee relations, performance management, onboarding, offboarding, wellbeing, and organizational topics.
  • Participate in management discussions to ensure people considerations are embedded in business decisions.
  • Build trusted relationships by providing practical, balanced, and business‑oriented HR advice.
Own Core HR Processes
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle for the U.S. business across a broad range of HR activities.
  • Lead individual employee cases related to performance, wellbeing, mobility, and other people matters.
  • Support payroll and compensation processes in collaboration with our Reward team and HR Operations.
  • Ensure HR policies and processes are applied consistently while maintaining an excellent employee experience.
Drive HR Projects & Organizational Change

  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, improve, and scale HR processes.
  • Monitor external HR trends and recommend improvements where appropriate.

  • Experience managing both operational HR responsibilities and strategic HR initiatives.
