HCA UK is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a progressive HR team in London. You will partner with senior leaders, providing strategic and commercially viable HR guidance while driving business performance and leadership development.

We are recruiting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a progressive and dynamic HR team at The Harley Street Campus comprising of: The Harley Street Clinic, HCA UK at UCH, The Princess Grace Hospital, Leaders in Oncology Care (LOC) and Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI).
In the role of HRBP you will partner stakeholders, providing strategic and commercially viable advice, support and guidance on a range of people matters, while driving business performance by coaching and developing managers, and ensuring alignment with the wider HR strategy and business goals.
