Summary:

Cook Children's Health Care System is growing! We are hiring for an HR Business Partner (HRBP) position. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The role involves forming partnerships across HR to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's business objectives. The candidate should maintain a good understanding of the business unit's financial position, organizational goals, and strategic priorities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a strategic business partner role.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to build credibility with senior leaders and influence without direct authority.
  • Strategic thinking with practical implementation skills.
  • Consultative problem-solving approach.
  • Adaptability to changing business conditions.
