Job summary

Stratolaunch, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive people strategy across Manufacturing, Facilities, and EH&S in Mojave, CA. You will coach managers, lead performance management, and strengthen employee relations and engagement in a fast-paced aerospace setting.

You will collaborate with leaders to shape succession planning and leadership development, enabling career paths and development plans. A security clearance may be required for the role.

Qualifications

  • + Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • + 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory capacity.
  • + Demonstrated experience in performance management, employee relations, engagement, and talent development.
  • + Strong coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • + Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • + High degree of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • + Demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and drive organizational change.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver training and resources to build management capability.
  • Partner with employees and managers to identify career paths and development opportunities.
  • Support the creation and execution of individual development plans.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across departments to align HR strategies with business goals.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a critical role in driving the people strategy and supporting business objectives across the organization. This position will lead key HR initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, succession planning, and career development. The HRBP will coach and advise managers, foster a high-performance culture, and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to deliver impactful HR solutions. The HRBP will specifically support client groups in Manufacturing, Facilities, and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S), ensuring tailored HR support that aligns with the unique needs of these departments.

Key Responsibilities
Performance Management
  • Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and annual reviews
