Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and employees on HR-related matters.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Lead HR projects and process improvement initiatives from start to finish.
• Mentor and support junior HR team members.
• Analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Develop and improve HR procedures and SOPs.
• Build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and other stakeholders.
• Support strategic HR planning and implementation.
• Monitor HR metrics and use data to improve processes and employee outcomes.
• Handle multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support employees and plant leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role will serve as a strategic HR partner while also managing day-to-day HR activities including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, retention, and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with plant leaders and employees on HR-related matters
• Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
