Job summary

  • Experience in environments with multiple HR responsibilities (recruiting, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Nice to have: SHRM/HRCI HR certification and bilingual Spanish
  • Union experience (plant is non-union)

  • Leads complex, high-impact HR projects end-to-end with limited oversight
  • Mentors junior HR professionals and ensures quality output
  • Collaborates on strategic roadmaps and monitors KPIs
