Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Production Control & Planning Analyst to drive production scheduling and continuous improvement across a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires analyzing data to optimize schedules, balancing demand with capacity, and collaborating with manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering teams. You will own schedules, monitor performance, and lead improvements while ensuring safety and operational excellence on the factory floor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in production planning, production control, or manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, production scheduling, and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and drive results with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and optimize production schedules to support customer demand and operational objectives.
  • Monitor schedule performance and drive on-time completion through proactive issue resolution.
  • Analyze production, inventory, capacity, and material data to support planning decisions.
  • Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, and Procurement to ensure successful execution of production plans.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement and process automation initiatives.
  • Communicate priorities, risks, and recovery plans to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a regular presence on the manufacturing floor to support execution and problem resolution.
