Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, Business Admin, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• 3 years of progressive HR, payroll, or benefits experience with benefit programs and HRIS/compliance.
• Arizona driver’s license with clean record; 39-month MVR will be run.

Responsibilities

• Manage administration, maintenance, and reconciliation of employee benefits.
• Provide guidance to leadership and staff on benefits, leaves, and Worker’s Compensation.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, open enrollment, and related documentation.
