Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in human resources.
• Undergraduate core program in human resources, business, or public administration.
• 1 year of experience as Human Capital Management Associate (64611) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage payroll for the agency.
• Track and process leave programs (workers’ compensation, caregiver, military, adoption/childbirth).
• Audit and ensure compliance with FMLA; advise employees on related policies.
• Analyze data with Cognos and Excel and prepare reports for managers.
