Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a human resource, business administration, communication, or related degree and in good academic standing.
• Proven oral and written communications and customer service.
• Proven computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Demonstrated planning, organization, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and programs for the workplace total well-being campaign.
• Write and distribute communications for benefits information and events.
• Support projects, including research.
• Facilitate an employee education session.
• Customize and produce materials for use by GROWMARK and subsidiaries.
