At LogicGate, our people are the foundation of everything we do. We are committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our employees and our customers by empowering and enabling our people to take ownership, make an impact, and deliver their best work.

About the Role

We are looking for an HR Associate to support the coordination and administration of key People Team programs that shape the day-to-day employee experience at LogicGate. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, HR, and in partnership with the HRBP team, this role helps bring our onboarding, recognition, swag, engagement, and learning programs to life–keeping them running smoothly, consistently, and on-brand. If you are exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, enjoy scaling and executing programs, and working cross-functionally, you will thrive in this role.

What You’ll Do
Onboarding
  • Execute Program Operations: Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company onboarding program including scheduling, logistics, and session content in partnership with program owners.
  • Drive Continuous Optimization: Conduct regular audits of content, delivery methods and tools (Slack, Confluence, LMS) to flag improvement and automation opportunities.
Recognition
  • Manage Swag Logistics and Milestone Programs: Oversee the end-to-end administration of the internal swag platform including fulfilling corporate inventory orders, new hire kits, company store maintenance, and milestone work anniversaries while tracking overall program spend and budget.
  • Coordinate Recognition: Streamline company-wide recognition programs including monthly values shout-outs and Goat of the Month awards by compiling nomination summaries for HRBP review.
Engagement
  • Administer Surveys and Track Action Planning: Lead the execution logistics, timelines, and communications for the annual experience survey, proactively guiding and monitoring the cross-functional action plans that follow.
  • Translate Engagement Feedback into Insights: Synthesize survey data into structured summaries and polished presentation materials for review by HRBPs and senior leadership.
Learning & Development
  • Administer Platforms and Logistics: Own the day-to-day configuration and maintenance of learning systems, coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions and development initiatives, and serve as the main point of contact for employee system access.
  • Deploy Communications and Content Audits: Draft and distribute organization-wide L&D communications in alignment with HRBPs and the Senior Director, HR, while running regular content and completion audits to ensure accuracy and relevance.
HR Program Support
  • Enforce Brand Identity and Editorial Alignment: Review internal People Team communications for consistent voice and tone, partnering directly with Marketing to incorporate updated branding assets into employee-facing HR materials.
  • Provide Agile Program Support and Leverage AI: Deliver general administrative support across evolving People Team initiatives while actively utilizing generative AI tools to draft, edit, and refresh communications and program content to boost overall operational efficiency and employee experience.
What You Bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR/People Operations coordination or specialist role, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong Foundation in HR Operations: Experience supporting or administering HR programs such as onboarding, recognition, or engagement surveys and proficiency with HR tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional Communication & Discretion: A collaborative style paired with the high integrity and values-orientation required to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality. You have clear and professional written & verbal communication skills.
  • AI Literacy & Tech-Forward Mindset: A genuine curiosity to explore and adopt new technologies. You possess a basic familiarity with or an eagerness to learn how to leverage AI tools to draft communications, summarize employee sentiment surveys, or optimize operational efficiency.
  • An "Owner-Operator" Mentality: Proven ability to balance multiple competing tasks, operate with urgency in a fast-moving environment, remain organized with an attention to detail, and proactively solve problems.

The anticipated base salary range for the role is $75,000 - $85,000 per year plus variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual salaries may vary and will be based on factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Internal candidates who have current pay within or above the hiring range are still encouraged to apply if interested.
