Job summary

Responsibilities

• Recruit great people for a variety of positions across the community.
• Keep candidates moving quickly from application to interview to hire.
• Coordinate offers, pre‑employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to find new talent.
• Help organize job fairs, hiring events, and recruiting activities.
• Be a go‑to HR resource for team members with questions about benefits, leave, policies, timekeeping, and HR systems.
• Help create a great workplace through recognition, engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Support employee communications, town halls, HR projects, and day‑to‑day HR operations.
