Job summary

Lifespace Communities is hiring a Human Resources Assistant in Delray Beach, FL to recruit great people, welcome new team members, support our employees, and create an exceptional workplace experience. This role covers HR topics beyond filing paperwork, including onboarding and employee engagement.

You’ll be the go-to HR resource for benefits, leave, policies, timekeeping, and HR systems, helping organize events and ensure a positive culture across the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of office or administrative experience, ideally in HR.
• Healthcare, senior living, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep candidates moving quickly from application to interview to hire.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, and orientation.
• Build relationships with local schools and community organizations to find new talent.
