Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and information on routine HR matters and research answers.
• Participate in training to expand technical skills and explain checklists or processes to lower-graded staff.
• Review, prepare, and track routine personnel actions for completeness and accuracy.
• Address routine employee benefit inquiries and escalate complex questions to senior specialists.
• Assist in the check-in process for new hires.
• Learn to utilize automated HR systems such as DCPDS, Onboarding, E-Verify, and Civilian Workflow Automation tools.
