Job summary

East Liverpool City Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is seeking an HR Assistant to support the conversion of paper personnel records to an electronic system. This temporary, 60-day assignment offers a day shift in a fully on-site setting.

The role requires strong communication, solid office experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while ensuring accurate recordkeeping and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred; college degree desired.
• Must have strong communication skills.
• General office and/or Personnel related experience is required.
• 1-2 Years of Healthcare experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills required.
• Ability to excel in a faced paced environment.

Responsibilities

• The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for leading the conversion of employee personnel records from paper files to an electronic personnel file system.
• This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, secure, and organized employee records while supporting compliance with company policies and record retention requirements.
