Responsibilities

• Assist with day to day HR operations while ensuring policy compliance.

• Prepare onboarding materials and maintain employee records.
• Assist with benefits administration, compensation, employee relations, and development initiatives.
• Generate HR reports and run system queries for management.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and labor law updates.
• Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Travel occasionally to offices or client locations as needed.
