Job Summary:

Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director on personnel matters and assists with payroll processing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Answer employee requests and questions, providing customer service.
  2. Conduct benefits enrollment for new employees.
  3. Verify I-9 documentation, complete forms, and track updates.
  4. Assist with employee background checks and online investigations.
  5. Audit payroll, benefits, or HR programs and recommend corrections.
  6. Update HR spreadsheets and process paperwork for employee changes and terminations.
  7. Assist with preparing performance review forms and recruitment processes.
  8. Coordinate employee discount coupons and schedule meetings and interviews.
  9. Reserve facilities for conferences, perform clerical functions, and maintain employee files.
  10. Prepare correspondence and new employee documentation.
  11. Handle mail and perform other duties as assigned.
