We’re hiring a HR Assistant to support the delivery of accurate, timely, and compliant payroll and HR operations while providing responsive customer service to employees across the organization. This role performs administrative and coordination activities related to payroll processing, onboarding and offboarding, and HR systems maintenance. As a member of the People team, the Payroll/HR Assistant contributes to the company’s commitment to operational excellence and a positive employee experience in support of the company’s “Best People, Best Work” philosophy.

The base pay range for this position is $29.00-$35.00 per hour. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. New hires typically start below the midpoint of the range, with the opportunity for growth and advancement over time.
