Responsibilities
  • Oversee all HR functions for the warehouse, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage recruitment and selection to hire qualified, diverse candidates.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for warehouse staff.
  • Address employee concerns professionally and promptly.
  • Identify and evaluate staffing agencies that match our values and needs.
  • Negotiate lease agreements for corporate apartments.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records.
  • Plan and manage labor budgets.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
  • English/Korean bilingual required.
  • 7+ years of HR or office management experience.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, compensation, training, and performance management.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, management, and technology solutions.
  • Experience with performance and talent management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, reports).
