Job summary

The Citizens Foundation in Hilton Head Island, SC is seeking an HR Data Analytics professional to support process and outcome improvements. The role focuses on MIS, dashboards, and HR information systems to drive performance across HR Services.

You will conduct research, oversee project coordination, perform trend analyses, and present findings to stakeholders. 2-5 years in HR operations/BA/PM is preferred; strong technology and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS and creating dashboards with actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of HCM or HRM solutions implementations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and monitor implementation of projects/processes under the Manager's guidance.
• Assist in coordinating and overseeing projects across HR Services.
• Monitor and analyze processes to improve effectiveness and develop improvement strategies.
• Oversee technology needs within the ambit of HR and propose solutions.
• Perform analytics and trends analysis for HR and non-HR stakeholders.
• Share ideas and findings in meetings and presentations.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, HCM users and the HCM vendor.
• Manage competing resources and priorities; monitor deliverables.
