Salary range starting at $24 an hour and up, depending on experience
HR Analyst/ Specialist Major Responsibilities:
•Run reports for other departments on the agreed schedule. Also run HR reports for our use and analyze our data to suggest process improvements, trends, etc.
•Represent HR in external audits regarding employee records.
•Perform system audits on a regular basis and work to ensure corrections are made timely.
• Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs.
•Assign and follow up on employee training workflow within the Arcoro system.
•Maintain the company organization chart monthly.
•Back-up to the Payroll Clerk when needed.
•Perform other tasks as assigned.
•Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
HR Analyst/ Specialist Qualifications:
Education/Learning Experience
Required:Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or other related field or relevant work experience.
Work Experience
Required:2+ years’ work experience within the HR/payroll area.
Skills/Knowledge
Required:Proficient with Microsoft office suite; detail oriented and strong customer service skills, working knowledge of payroll processing, and a high degree of professionalism.
Desired: HR Certification– PHR or SHRM-CP
Required:Excellent problem-solving abilities, gathering and analyzing information skillfully, interpersonal skills a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to produce quality results.
